Hello. Can you tell me which vitamins I can and should take in the first trimester?

Принимаю Элевит для 1 триместра. Но, насколько я знаю, он не всем подходит. У кого то от этих витаминов токсикоз обостряется. У меня же наоборот, если не выпью таблетку, то все, потом так плохо в течении дня :(

Здравствуйте. Фолиевая кислота 400 мкг один раз в сутки, обязательно до 12 недель!
