Тужится можно только после как голова ребёнка выйдет, не то вы порвёте себе все там. Дышать надо правильно, что бы головка малыша вышло.

А лучше пройдите онлайн курс как и что правильно дышать, сразу поймёте и легче станет морально и будете подготовлены.
