Как минимум месяц либо полтора, но точнее вам скажет .гениколог, после родов вы сходите к геникологу как кровить перестанет ,и дальше она скажет когда можно

Думаю вы сами поймёте когда можно, у меня после швов когда все зажило, выделения прекратились, тогда и начали жить половой жизнью, а это как раз после 40 дней
