Настрой должен быть позитивный. Скоро роды, хотя чем ближе тем страшнее, но все же надо взять себя в руки и мыслить позитивно.

Ни в какие руки я себя взять не могу, дипрессия ужас. Могу сидеть и смотреть в одну точку и ни с кем не хочу общаться , мне так плохо ...
