Good evening, girls. Do we need to provide an early registration certificate separately if there is a mark on the sick leave sheet indicating yes?

И у меня требовали. В ЖК мне ее вместе с больничным листом выдали

Обычно такую справку дают когда выдают больничный декретный. Мне дали так.
