Обычно у женщины на восстановление после родов уходит 1,5 - 2 месяца. А дальше все индивидуально. В любом случае, пока есть лохии - начинать половую жизнь не рекомендуется. Вам врач должен будет все рассказать по этому вопросу и как предохраняться.
