Girls, good morning, did anyone's blood pressure drop suddenly? This morning it dropped to 85/57, then I sat down with my head between my legs, and it became easier. What should I do and why don't I understand this, I'm worried ?

Доброе утро. У меня падало даже до 80/40. Врач разрешила чашечку кофе, кусочек горького шоколада либо черный сладкий чай с лимоном, контрастный душ. Сказала не поможет на повторный визит. Через 3-4 дня все нормализовалось

Mari, Кофе пить можно. Тем более если низкое давление.
