Гриппферон не эффективен, не ищите. Промывание солевыми растворами. Берите те, которые идут при сильной заложенности. В крайнем случае, если совсем нечем дышать можно облегчить дыхание сосудосуживающими. Но не злоупотреблять и применять согласно инструкции
