Released from the hospital with a threat of pregnancy termination. Everything was fine and then started to hurt in the lower abdomen. Is this normal?

Сообщите врачу. Лучше на приём прийти в ближайшее время. Но если боль сильная, то лучше скорую вызвать.

Нет, не очень-то нормально, учитывая вашу угрозу. Лучше не ждать и к врачу, либо опять на сохранение.
