У меня тоже болела поясница, оказалось что это почки. У меня белок повышен. Из-за этого боли. Тоже думала что ложные схватки. Но низ живота не болел. У вас если с болями ещё живот тянет, то возможно тренировочные схватки. А если только спина, думаю может дело в почках. Скажите своему врачу, сдайте анализ мочи
