Идите вылечите зуб, а то дотянете и как я поедете в круглосуточную стоматологию в 3 часа ночи, потому что теперь больше не останется сил. Это прям совет вам от всей души. Я от боли за рулем ехать не могла, чуть сознание не теряла, до 30 лет не предствляла, что зубная боль - такой ад.

Идите к стоматологу, возраст ребенка позволяет. Следите молоко до приема врача и покормите , если вдруг будут делать анестезию.
