Girls There's a bookkeeper here Can you tell me how to write a maternity leave application correctly by year? Пишите "прошу закрыть отпуск по уходу за ребёнком до трех лет (фио и дата рождения ребёнка) таким-то числом, а с такого-то (число начала больничного) предоставить отпуск по беременности и родам. Больничном пособие прошу исчислять за такие-то года, поскольку в 2019 и 2020 году находилась в отпуске по беременности и родам, а затем в отпуске по уходу за ребёнком. "
