Не обязательно, у меня до 2-х лет 1 месяца не хватило?По-моему и декрет стажем считается

До выхода в декрет, то есть вы уйдёте в декрет в 21 году и для него будут считать 19 и 20 года

При декретных стаж не учитывается берут 100%главное доход хороший нужен

До выхода на декрет,неважно сколько вы работали ,весть период делится на 12 (тоесть,если вы работали 9 мес то делится будет на 12)получите в любом случае хоть что-то
