Hello everyone! How long did it take you to lose weight after a cesarean section? I was 60 at the beginning of my pregnancy, and before that I was 76. Now I'm holding onto a weight of 65. I want to get back to my previous weight of 59-60 kg. I wouldn't say I eat a lot.

Я скинула за 2 недели все что за беременность набрала. В январе начну заниматься и ещё уйдёт

Так еще немножко Вам осталось. Моя цель 60-62 , а сейчас я 82?. И тоже будет кесарево, физ упражнения не скоро, не представляю как это себя привести в форму. С 2 детьми предыдущими так не набирала . Думаю питание откорректирует все.

Тоже было кс была 56 кг после 50 а через неделю после Кс 47....всё ушло самого...не пойми куда?
