Girls, can you tell me, I've been working in an organization for two years, but officially only half a year. These vacation pay is 70 days before and 70 days after me, are they owed to me or am I too little formally employed for them?

Вообще работодатель может выплатить вам, вот только государство ему может не компенсировать выплаты, так как фсс проверяет правомерность выплаты. Где-то читала статью как раз о том, что фсс может смутить факт того, что сотрудница мало работала в компании, предполагая как раз, что компания не устраивала ее официально. Поэтому лучше уточните в своей бухгалтерии. По сути вам должны выплатить все равно

У меня такая же ситуация. Но я читала,что должны выплатить в любом случае,если официально трудоустроена беременная?‍♀️ Вот жду?‍♀️ скоро узнаю
