Girls, can you tell me if I need to go on Monday to donate blood and it's clear that I'm very afraid of veins. Is it painful? Will I lose consciousness? I have never donated blood from a vein before.

Елена , Ну я с пальца брала мне не больно. Вообще с пальца а вот с вены не брала
