При пневмонии, при сдавливании поражённого места возникает сильная одышка, у меня когда была пневмония, я не могла лечь на бок, сразу начинала задыхаться, многим кажется, что появляется боль. А если резкие боли, возможно стреляющие, колющие, это скорее невролгия.
