Girls, they discharged me from the clinic with vitamins in the form of juices, mom just because they're free for them. I took them for a month. Now they're finished. I think I should buy the same ones or maybe others. What good vitamins do you know about?

Вера, Я пила до беременности и первый триместр. Потом началось перенасыщение витаминов и перестала вообще принимать витамины в таблетках. Только натуральные. Овощи, фрукты, компоты? как раз все лето беременная ходила. Из таблеток принимала только Йодомарин до конца беременности.
