На 41 недели вам должны дать направление на госпитализацию и делать вызывающее

На 41 уже должны дать направление в роддом. Вам надо у своего гинеколога узнать

Ну если вы понимаете что устали, кажеться срок родите, если ещё пару дней нет то идите в род дом, там врачи помогут вам ?удачи и терпения, хороших родов
