Yes you can, but it's best to give your body some time to recover 1st before trying to get pregnant again. If you had a womb scrub the chance is really high for you to get pregnant again.

I had a miscarriage in 2017/08/20 and 11 months later I got pregnant with my son. It really helped me to take some time to recover and rest before trying to get pregnant again.
