Hi everyone. I about 7 weeks pregnant and very bloated, i can't even eat.are you guys experiencing this and how do you deal with it?

yes I experienced it,you feel full whole time ....it stopped on it's own,remember constipation is part of the package you'll be okay.just try drinking lots of water eating veggies and fruit.

I went through the same thing the only thing I could digest was mageu I suggest you try them

bloating is very normal at that stage, am experiencing it myself. try eating smaller portions of meals.

Try to eat light fruits and dried friuts, yoghurt and and get in liquids. You'll feel more comfortable and it'll help with the bloating
