Breast milk started leaking about a month ago, but only after showering and in very small amounts. Today it suddenly started flowing freely and quite a bit, staining my shirt. Could this be a sign of very soon labor? It's obvious I'm going to have a baby soon anyway, but could it be a sign of labor right now, maybe even within days?
