Hello everyone! Are there any accountants here? I still can't figure out and calculate maternity leave payments, at least roughly how it is calculated and paid? At least roughly know what amount to calculate when I go on maternity leave. Will something come every month or all at once?

Больничный лист по беременности и родам оплачивается одной суммой) Если уходите в декрет в 2021, то для расчёта берётся доход за 2019 и 2020 годы. В интернете можно найти онлайн калькулятор, если знаете сумму дохода, он вам и рассчитает примерно)

Я прям писала на Яндекс- калькулятор декретных и там вписывала даты декрета, суммы за 2 года по месяцам зарплаты, ещё минус ваши больничные. Выше правильно сказали, декретные одной суммой вам выдают, а на ребёнка к концу больничного по беременности и родам заполняете на работе и вам будут каждый месяц перечислять по 40 % от средней зарплаты.
