Hello everyone. Is it mandatory to count movements after 28 weeks? If anyone counts them, what time of day and for how long?

Я не считала? просто в течении дня чувствовала активен сегодня ребёнок или нет. А прям сидеть и ждать когда малыш пошевелиться... ещё и по времени... даже не знаю)
