Women, who are self-employed, how do they receive payments for pregnancy and childbirth? Do they need any documents from the healthcare system?

Если вы оплачивали ФСС, то вам на 30 недели нужно отвезти больничный лист, и справку о постановке на учёт. Тогда Вам сделают отчисления.

Больничный лист и все. Дополнительно счёт банка и по ИП видно все, они сами все данные собирут

А если добровольное страхование в фсс не оплачивали. Оаюплачивала пфр и фомс, все равно надо больничный брать?
