What started as spotting has now become like a normal period... I'm having cramps and feeling lightheaded. Should I consider this a miscarriage or should I still go to the hospital?

if u having cramps it may be a miscarriage but go to the hospital to be sure

Go n see a doctor my love. Keep calm but your body will tell u what's going on... I felt it when I was miscarring... But don't stress
