дюфалак ? я без него прям не могла. груши хорошо мне помогли, именно зимние сорта типа лесной красавицы, талгарки. еще попробуйте компоты пить в теплом виде и на тощак прям стакан теплой воды (чтоб включить организм)

Ела чернослив и дюфалак Из свеч предложили релиф но он не помог ,купила свечи от кызыл май именно с прополисом успокаивал ?? но эффект не сразу от него мне в туалет хотелось что даже не успевала добежать до туалета еще + дюфалак то вообще жесть я так 2/3 раза не успевала и под себя ?? Но какой кайф после этого
