Hello everyone) Question for those who had tearing during childbirth? Please tell me besides applying iodine, what else can be done for quick healing? This pain is unbearable..?

У меня разрывы внутренние и внешние. В роддоме сказали часто подмываться детским мылом. Потом пшыкать мироксидином. Обезараживает. И лежать без белья . Воздушные ванны. Подмываться прохладной водой. Шви так растворятся быстрее.
