Hello everyone) Question for those who had tearing during childbirth? Please tell me besides applying iodine, what else can be done for quick healing? This pain is unbearable..?

Марганцовку использовать нельзя. Только чистая проточная вода как можно чаще

У меня разрывы внутренние и внешние. В роддоме сказали часто подмываться детским мылом. Потом пшыкать мироксидином. Обезараживает. И лежать без белья . Воздушные ванны. Подмываться прохладной водой. Шви так растворятся быстрее.

Нам посоветовали подмываться хлоргексидином (я еще и перекисью водородом подмываюсь)
