У нас было похожее, врач сказала выходят мамины гормоны, сказала мазать только сильные покраснения хлорофилиптом 1 к 1 с водой разводить, после 40 дней все прошло само

Альбина, Но я на всякий случай диету строгую соблюдала, первые 2 месяца, но нам это не особо помогло, может быть и аллергия

Разные могут быть причины. Каждый день купаете? В череде купайте. Держите диету. Проветривайте комнаты. Сильно не укутывайте малыша(
