Mommies I'm so emotional, i get irritated easily and i become so angry tht if i don't move away from people i could harm them... My siblings are even afraid to come near me. How can i deal with my emotions ??

Meditate and listen to soothing music, because you need to be very careful, such emotions also harm the baby once they're born they could suffer from being emotionally unstable, that's if you're pregnant and yes I agree, take your time to react and try to control your emotions, it's not easy but remember it's vital
