Good morning, super moms, please tell me what I can do to stop vomiting and spitting up? I've had a headache for three days now, and I'm 12 weeks pregnant.

If you can be taking lemon water is will help you or you buy a chewing gum that has mints in it that one also will help

Seriously is patience and endurance, I went through it but now am free. Just have it in mind that every trimester has it's own challenges.
