Girls, something weird popped up on my nipples, two of them. At first I thought they were moles (like freckles), like little spots, but now these two look like papillomas on a mole, they're raised and bulging, in general, ugh... I even want to rip this off! ? In general, what is it? Will it go away or will I have to remove it? Has anyone had this happen?
