Я жаловалась на такое. Сказали от сухого воздуха. Прописали промывать носик водичкой солёной. Всё прошло.

А мне врач сказала, что это из-за увеличения объема крови в организме, сосуды лопаются. У меня это появилось, когда меня замучал мой нос по ночам, жутко забивался, я решила промыть аквалором, так у меня фонтаном кровь пошла(((
