Я первый месяц жизни ребёнка провела в перенатальном центре. Ела то, что давали. Но не все из этого можно было есть. Например, давали йогурты, компот из сухофруктов, булки свежие. У ребёнка сильно дул живот. Прям очень она страдала. Стараюсь соблюдать диету.

Ребёнку почти три недели. Диету не соблюдаю, ем все. Аллергии у ребёнка нет, с животиком не мучаемся, настроение хорошее)
