Тоже простыла ? пью тёплое молоко с мёдом, чай с малиной с лимоном , ромашкой полоскаю горло, нос аквамарисом промываю , из лекарств если болит горло принимаю лизобакт по совету девочек ? следите за температурой ..на счёт трав ничего сказать не могу..многие травы противопоказаны во время беременности
