Смысл стимуляции в созревании бОльшего количества яйцеклеток, которые могут оплодотвориться. Поэтому да, часто, может и не двойня. Риски многоплодия в том, что человеческая матка спроектирована на вынашивание 1 ребёнка. Все остальное несет больше рисков
