Hello everyone! Does anyone have an IP in Kazakhstan, active? I will be conducting operations on accounts after maternity leave ends, so I will continue working under contracts, but I am formally filing for maternity leave. There are no employees. Can you advise me on what to do next? Maturity leave starts May 1st. Should I pay pension, social security and OMS for myself after May or not?

Здравствуйте кажется нужно приостанавливать деятельность ИП если оформляете декрет. Вы же получите деньги «в связи с потерей дохода по беременности и родам». Как бы вы считаетесь безработной, по этому государство вам оплачивает. 1414 позвоните там может подскажут. Я приостановила ИП. Так как бухгалтер мне так объяснила и в цоне так сказали
