Girls, can you apply Sudocrem when there's redness on the face? My daughter is 3 years old and has redness and dryness (dryness has been present since birth, skin flakes). Sudocrem is in my fridge, we haven't used it yet. Does it dry out the skin? Who has experience, share your experiences.
