Am 33 weeks today for the past 2days now my baby is really pushing down…

Am 33 weeks today for the past 2days now my baby is really pushing down and this morning small waist pain that comes and goes and my tommy will contract and be very hard.could it be labor ? I was in d hospital Saturday the gynecologist did a scan and said everything is fine what could cause the pushing and pain.
