Нет, такие выделения не опасны. Вот коричневые или кровянистые - это опасно.

У меня иногда бывают, но не ярко желтые, а бело-желтоватые, говорят что такой цвет может давать большое содержание прогестерона) главное, чтоб выделения были без запаха и не беспокоили) тем более, вы сдавали мазок)
