Good day, woke up today with pain in my right breast. It hurts when I touch it. I didn't feel any lumps, just painful to touch. Fed the baby, felt no discomfort. Very afraid of mastitis, alone with the child, husband on business trip, can't get to the hospital. Who knows how to diagnose mastitis and how to treat it at home? Thanks in advance for your help.
