Hello ladies. Could you please tell me who wore underwear with a tightening after cesarean section? Did they help get back their previous figure and for how long did they wear them? Thanks in advance for your answer ?

Ношу корсет, одеваю на прогулку около трёх часов получается, помогает очень хорошо ? Но на счёт разрешённого времени точно я не знаю, ношу по собственным ощущениям комфорта. P. S. Главное одевать правильно что бы на шов не давило, у меня не сразу вышло

Про трусики не скажу, после кесарева носила корсет (на липучке) постоянно, когда не спала и не сидела, примерно месяц. Через 3 недели органы разошлись по местам, живот стал не очевиден
