Girls, hi everyone ✨ I have headaches very often, does anyone else experience this? What do you do to avoid headaches? Headaches have been bothering me for four months now, and they're quite severe. Sometimes it doesn't hurt, but that's rare... what could be causing this?

Либо мигрени это ?нужно обследоваться ,мрт ,вплоть до приема противозачаточных (от них тоже бывает) а точнее врач скажет )

У меня тоже часто болит.Мигрени.Плюс я метеозависима.Но сделала мрт на всякий пожарный.Все ок.Сосуды немного расширены

Вы за 4 месяца не обратились к врачу? Так долго - это уже патология, идите быстрее к специалисту. Тут мамочки собрались, а не врачи и не специалисты по головным болям
