Hello girls! I have a question about how to disconnect from the clinic by place of residence and connect to another clinic during pregnancy. Can you do it through him or should you contact a gynecologist?

К гинекологу. Они должны сделать телефонограмму так как у вас большой срок. Чтобы передать на другой участок

Я тоже открепляюсь в другой город. Сказали прийти ,сказать адрес куда открепляюсь,они позвонят в больницу,куда буду прикрепляться.

Так принято что нужно по месту жительства. Но вы можете просто ходить к другому гинекологу. Это идёт гос учёт
