Girls, my back has been hurting all throughout the pregnancy, but I understand that it's due to the increased strain and I always had pain in my spine. But now when I sit for half an hour in one place, getting up is so painful, it's awful (painful in the cervix). Do you think this is normal or is there something serious going on?
