Hello, can you tell me if it's normal for my belly to feel like it's pulling down at 31 weeks pregnant several times throughout the day, like during my period? Are these contractions?

Валерия , У врача была совсем недавно, анализы хорошие, при осмотре все тоже в норме

У меня тоже такое бывало,полежу и проходит ,скорее ребёнок весом своим просто тянет ,когда шевелится??‍♀️
