Girls, anyone have this?

Girls, anyone have this? It's been 27 weeks and the pain in my belly has started, specifically it begins at night. Then it immediately starts hurting in my back. I called an ambulance, we went to the hospital, they prescribed Utrozhestan suppositories. Could this be premature birth? Or a threat?
