Вообще по пол таблетки надо 2 р в день ,ну или да по одной в день)

Следите за своим состоянием от них могут быть головокружения как то однажды ещё до беременности пила их и так плохо стало

Кальций нужно пропивать вместе с магнием (мне врач так прописывала). Он помогает кальцию правильно распределяться по организму, иначе кальций откладывается в виде осадка в почках и от него в таком виде только вред. Я пила с магнием Б6, от него и нервная система укрепляется, да и малышу нужно
