Hello girls. I'm about to give birth, it's my first time. Sometimes I get a feeling of panic. I'm afraid that it will be very painful or something might happen during labor with me or the baby. Or I worry that I won't feel the contractions properly and so on. Have you had such anxieties? How does the labor process actually go? Overall, I have a positive outlook and I believe in the best, but the less time is left until the birth, the more often such a feeling of panic comes over me.
