Little girls. We don't have such pimples. What could it be? Is it from saliva? I can't smear anything because my daughter constantly sucks her fingers.

Бывает так,что вокруг рта обсыпает при прорезывании зубов,у моей дочки так было ,прошло само

Да, скорее всего из-за слюнок и руки во рту потому что. Мы купали в череде и умывались ей когда сильно обсыпало)
